Thanks Umesh. In Goa, sabja seeds are used in falooda, made of milk, rose syrup, sabja seeds and cold water.

Yes that is very common and healthy drink but unfortunately we have forgotten these dishes and have started consuming unhealthy packaged drinks time to revive thses
